Ahh......Holiday........everyone waits eagerly for the holidays especially kids.  Their eyes sparkle after hearing about the holidays . They start planning for the activities for the vacation whether it is summer vacation, winter vacation or any other holidays. National holidays and religious holidays are usually very short and span only for 1 or 2 days but yes, summer and winter holidays are really long, especially the summer vacation.
